Alan Hobden has been active in local real estate since 1999. He is a third-generation Colorado native and is quite familiar with the Pikes Peak Region. A former newspaperman (and current newspaper columnist as well as a brand-new grandfather), Alan and his wife Bev live on a small acreage in beautiful Teller County. He travels all over the region (including counties of El Paso, Teller, Park, and Douglas) helping buyers and sellers. Alan has listed and sold properties from small land parcels to multimillion-dollar retreat lodges -- as well as everything in between: humble mountain cabins, bank repo's, mountain homes, city homes, ranches, condos, townhomes. He prides himself on his knowledge of the many intricacies of the real estate market and in diligently communicating with his clients and customers.
